I have long been at odds with a lot of what the scientific community tells us about the age of the earth.  Even some churches desire to cater to these ideas in spite of what the Bible tells us in the first few chapters of Genesis.

I saw this at the Cincinnati Zoo.  It’s not old.  It’s created to look old with fake cracks and embedded into a concrete wall molded to look this way.

Any designer worth their salt would know that the interface with which you interact with something must both be consistent and usable.  I think this is why I believe in the validity of scripture rather than in the conjecture of scientists who have limited themselves to empirical truths rather than Truth that exists external and objective of what can be seen, felt or heard.
