Deciding that you are going to put your time and energy into being a photographer will mess you up in some ways.  It’s probably the same for every profession.  But for a photographer, walking to bed at night by the light of your ipad opens up whole new opportunities for light that you, until that moment, had not realized.  Merely going to bed turns into a photo session with the headphones you were planning on using to listen to music with as you fell asleep.

Then you have the shot… but it needs uploaded and posted for us photoblog types.   I should have known better than to put my tangled headphones down on the ipad just before I jumped into bed.  I wonder what else would look cool illuminated from underneath…
