A Personal Journey toward a healthier Life.
Awhile back I decided I needed to lose some weight. About 50 lbs at least. I feel that I would feel and be a whole lot healthier all around.
Being a professional blogger and a full-time pastor working from home can really take a toll on your weight. I don’t have the metabolism that I had back in college or high school anymore.
So, what is a reasonable amount of weight to lose in a week/month?
Over the last few weeks, I’ve done a lot of walking, and I think I am going to try to amp it up this week with doing some jogging. I am not sure if it is better to jump into it completely or work your way up when it comes to frequency of jogging. So I am going to try every day for at least 30 minutes to see how that works.
As I tend to be one who likes to exercise in private, 5am seems like it might be the target time for these jogs in the morning.
